Phil Kubec, President/Chief Executive Officer
Before co-founding System 4, Phil traveled a career path that grew from being a franchisee to serving as CEO of one of the largest commercial cleaning franchise companies in the world, with current estimated worldwide revenues of over $350 million. Because he was one of System4’s first Master Franchisees, Phil, along with the entire management team, understand the excitement and concerns of starting your own business.

Edward Hammer, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to co-founding System4 Ed had multiple entrepreneurial ventures. Ed was CEO of a start-up vehicle rental company that grew to $300 million in sales 40,000 vehicles in 435 locations across the country. Ed also operated Spirit Software Solutions, a rental management software company, and has served on the boards of various companies.

Paul Scales, Director of Master Development
Paul’s role as Director of Master Development for System4 began in 2006. Prior to his appointment, Paul was Director of Sales and Development for one of the world’s largest franchise cleaning companies, where his responsibilities included managing a 250-person sales force that generated more that $4.5 million in annual sales.

Scott Kubec, Master Support Manager
Scott has served as Master Support Manager at the corporate level of System4 since April of 2008. Prior to joining System4, Scott was the Vice President of Sales for a business-to- business water cooler product and service provider, where he developed and implemented a successful sales training program while managing 25 outside sales reps. Under his direction, the company’s top line annual sales rose from $100,000 to $3,000,000 in just 3 years.

Diane Roche, Master Support Associate
Diane joined the System4 team in 2007. Prior to accepting this position, Diane served as Training Director/ Marketing Co-coordinator for a Cleveland based company specializing in corporate training throughout the US, Great Britain and Mexico. Her experience in live training, training manual design, office management, accounting and collections has translated well in her current role on the support team.

Wayne Brdicka, Controller
Wayne has provided financial, tax, treasury and administrative support since 2004. Prior experience includes controllership responsibilities in a wide range of private businesses including healthcare, hospitality construction management, auto rental and real estate.
